    King Jesus International Ministry, is a Christian Apostolic and Prophetic church located in Miami, Florida. Christianity is central to the purpose and mission of King Jesus Ministry. For this reason, the Ministry's affairs are conducted in accordance with the Bible, The Ministry's Mission, and its Statement of Faith as contained in our bylaws, as well as related policies reflecting the ministry's religious nature.     King Jesus Ministry is looking for people who are experts in their fields, passionate about their career, and inspired by their Christian faith.

    Summary: Responsible for the planning, pre-production, coordination, and support of all technical media aspects of the Ministry’s Missions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

    Creation of Production team including the assignment of areas of responsibilities, compensation negotiations, and call day and times for each team member for Mission Trips.

    Development of tailored technical rider for mission trips that cover the specific needs of said event and will serve and the main guide for the quoting and execution phases of the production rental.

    Completion of preparatory trips as required in order to ensure that all venue, contractual and logistical details are ready prior to the event.

    Engage in Equipment rental rate negotiations with production companies as required.

    Coordinate the Pre-Production of each event including all content creation, gear purchases, and logistical details as required.

    Support the production technical load-in during the event ensuring the deadlines and technical requirements are met.

    Support the Live Production of the event from beginning to end including the coordination of all requirements from the artists and speakers.

    Coordination of all technical production logistics details as required to ensure the success of the event.

    Creation of Gear lists for all of Media & Communications to ensure that the movement of gear is safe, secure, and compliant with all venue and locale requirements.

    Generate the gear transportation plan for all phases of travel including the adequate inventory of ingoing and outgoing equipment.

    Arrangement of all consular and travel arrangements as required.

    Successful delivery of all event assets to respective post-production entities.

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year Degree); or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Ability: English and Spanish-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, and Inventory software.
