    Summary: The Producer/Editor is expected to both pitch content ideas and work on assigned projects as assigned by senior producer and senior managers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)● Demonstrated knowledge of production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio● Take direction and collaborate with management● Generate and develop visual treatments for video content for digital, social and broadcasting platforms, including storyboards and shot lists● Pitch concepts/scripts to supervisors and team leaders● Produce product videos● Produce and Edit scripted videos, both short and long form● Build, time out, color correct, mix audio, and export short and long-form video● Operates television broadcasting equipment such as switcher, video and color monitors, tape decks, lights and microphones to train volunteers or to substitute for absent employees.● Operates portable camera to record or broadcast live programs from location of event.● Ensures that statements of confidential nature are avoided or deleted and that program is in conformance with station or network policy and regulations● Collaborates in the production and edition of special videos and promos for events, Social Media, Web, products, the vision of the house, and evangelistic campaigns, and supernatural encounter recap videos.● Write technical notes and key moments of services for future editing from control room during services. Edit service recordings as requested.● Export video master audio and video for closed captioning when applicable● Participate in the selection and coordination of programming contentQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
