    King Jesus International Ministry, is a Christian Apostolic and Prophetic church located in Miami, Florida.

For this reason, the ministry's affairs are conducted in accordance with the Bible, The Ministry's Mission, and its Statement of Faith as contained in our bylaws, as well as related policies reflecting the ministry's religious nature. Likewise, it is the ministry's policy to employ only committed disciples of Jesus Christ. Consequently, each employee is expected to review and affirm his or her agreement with such standards as a condition for employment with ERJ, both in terms of doctrinal belief and practical application. King Jesus Ministry is looking for people who are experts in their fields, passionate about their career, and inspired by their Christian faith.

    Summary: Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

    Screening phone calls, inquiries, requests, and handling them appropriately.

    Follow up with administrative office tasks such as ordering and keeping office supplies stocked.

    Coordination of all staff and volunteer events/logistics.

    Arrange necessary room reservations & needs for events/activities including but not limited to: Sunday services, classes, teachings, conferences, mission trips.

    Arrange equipment rentals and purchases for the media team.

    Coordinate budget for annual staff events, conferences, and meetings including handling the cash advance requests.

    Liaising with a wide range of people.

    Organizing meetings and interviews.

    Preparing and distributing briefing notes.

    Organizing schedules and contracts.

    Overseeing cues, timings, and continuity during recording if needed.

    Have a stellar ability to problem solves, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively.

    Apply critical thinking, strong problem solving and expert media skills to drive ministry growth.

    Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree (2 Year Degree); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Ability: English and Spanish-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

    Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, and Inventory software.
