  • Responsibilities

    Summary: Directs incoming and outgoing traffic by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Directs incoming vehicles to available parking stalls in an organized and orderly manner.

    Directs outgoing vehicles to the exits in an organized and orderly fashion.

    Ensures the even flow of traffic at the entrances/exits and side streets.

    Monitors the parking lot area and unattended vehicles for safety and security observation.

    Operates golf carts to transport guests attending service and special events.

    Qualifications:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certificates and Licenses:

    Driver License required.

    Language Ability:

    Proficiency and fluency in both English and Spanish. Able to speak, read and write in both languages.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
