Summary:
This person carries out the administrative and business details for the department by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)
MS Department:
Read and route incoming mail.
Prepare Ephesians Sunday attendance calendar
Prepare and maintain Ephesians weekly prayer and house of prayer attendance
Maintain closets organized and keep inventory
Order office supplies
Keep office prayer calendar and any other as requested
Prepare meeting emails & room reservations
Prepare and/or maintain any other calendar as requested
Work on room set up and pick up after meetings & other events (SMS, CAP)
Assist in submitting portal requests for Ephesians as assigned
Upkeep the office daily making sure office is presentable
Restock supplies as needed in the office throughout the week.
Miscellaneous tasks: Membership letters, provide supplies for Ephesians
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
English and Spanish-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software
