    Job Description

    Orange County Manufacturer located in Garden Grove is seeking a Customer Service Associate.

    This position receives all incoming calls, answers basic inquiries, and directs callers to the appropriate person or department. THIS IS A FAST PACE, HEAVY PHONE CALLS ENVIRONMENT. The Receptionist will provide administrative support by filing, creating documents, creating labels and other clerical duties as assigned.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet and communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
    • Operate EXTREMELY BUSY telephone (multi-phone lines) while striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold.
    • Take thorough messages.
    • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires.
    • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to filing, typing correspondences, creating mass quantity labels.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience is required.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Intermediate computer skills needed, including Microsoft Office experience.
    • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to operate multi-phone lines.
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
    • MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK AND WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.
    • Must pass a drug test and background check.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
