    Requirements 

    • Computer knowledge
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Good listening skills,
    • Detail oriented and have a clear speaking voice.
    • High School Diploma – with 2 years Customer Service Experience. Their last 3 jobs will need to reflect this experience.
    • Associate Degree- with 1 year Customer Service Experience.
    • College Degree- No experience necessary
    • Must provide resume
    • We will also be verifying their job history.

    This is a Permanent Position. We are currently hiring for the Day and Evening Shift.

    Day Shift Hours

    • 7am-3pm
    • 8am-4pm
    • 10am-6pm

    Evening Shift Hours

    • 2pm-10pm
    • 3pm-11pm
    • 4pm-12am

    PAY RATE: $15.00HR PAID TRAINING

    DAY SHIFT- $15.00HR - $15.50HR BILINGUAL SPANISH CANDIDATES (IF THEY CAN PAST THE TEST)

    EVENING SHIFT-$ 15.50HR-$16.00HR BILINGUAL SPANISH CANDIDATES (IF THEY CAN PAST THE TEST)

    ADDITIONAL WEEKLY MONETARY INCENTIVES UP TO $75.00
