Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to ascertain all travel specification including preferences and budgets
• Conduct research per client specifications and create quotes
• Sell accommodations, air travel, excursions, transfers, and insurance
• Book all travel arrangements
• Collect and make all payments
• Maintain all transaction documents accurately
• Ability to manage and resolve any travel conflicts, changes, cancellations, or refunds
• Advise clients on any current travel protocols
• Must proactively maintain contact with clients pre/post travel
• Generate and promote travel offers to sell

Skills:

• Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess time management skills
• Active knowledge of  tourism
• Exhibit strong sales skills
• Experience in domestic and international travel a plus
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Strong aptitude in computer applications
