Responsibilities and Duties - Fills routine orders for prepackaged non-prescription pharmaceuticals and medical supplies - Assists the pharmacist in the dispensing of prescriptions; counts, packages, and labels unit doses for inspection - Assists in training new staff on routine procedures - Performs routine administrative tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional pharmacy as observed by management - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned - Checks in cycle fill medication - Sets up daily and monthly deliveries - Monitors and orders necessary supplies including paper, labels, bottles, etc. - Assists pharmacist and receptionist with phone orders and inquires - Places drug orders daily - Maintains a sanitary and structured work environment - Completes all assigned DMEtrain courses - Confirms all closing list duties Qualifications and Skills - Knowledge of procedures and standards for the labeling and dispensing of prescription drugs - Skill in time management - Skill in the use of computer technology and related software applications - Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures - Ability to sort, check, and verify numbers - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Salary Range: $13.00 to $18.00 /hour Location: 23 West Industrial Blvd Paoli PA 19301 We are located near Paoli Hospital.
