Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Sales Manager
Basic Function: Responsible for prospecting and nurturing qualified candidates for janitorial services.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting - Evaluate prospective clients through available platforms including but not limited to (D&B, ZoomInfo, InfoUSA, Manta, Google etc). Add new contacts to our CRM system when qualified.
2. CRM Maintenance - Update client information in Salesforce with correct contact and building information. Ongoing maintenance of our CRM is important to keep leads relevant.
3. Client Outreach and Nurturing - Contact clients via phone and email to determine current custodial status. Nurture client relationships if the client isn’t ready for our services yet.
4. Scheduling - Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to schedule future walkthroughs with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School or equivalent degree
Experience : 1+ years of management experience is preferred. Knowledge of industry and job duties.

COMPENSATION
Hourly: $14 per hour
Commission:
· $50 per walkthrough
· $50-350 per proposal submitted
· 10% of monthly gross margin paid once on won accounts

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
● All paid time away from work is considered PTO. PTO is accrued each pay and is eligible for use
after 90 days. Accrual schedule is as follows:
o 0-2 Years – 40 hrs per year at 1.5384 hrs per pay – 40 hrs can be rolled over a year
o 2-6 Years– 80 hrs per year at 3.0769 hrs per pay – 80 hrs can be rolled over a year
o 6+ Yrs – 120 hrs per year at 4.6153 hrs per pay – 120 hrs can be rolled over a year
