Job Description

Kingdom One is partnered with a discipleship focused church located in the Coachella Valley to add an experienced Finance Manager to their team!

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about Finance and loves all things numbers.
• Is an excellent communicator and very organized.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and comfortable in supervisory responsibilities 
• Can use creative problem solving to resolve issues that arise.
• Has held a position in Finance/Accounting for a minimum of  5-7 years.
• Extremely knowledgeable of GAAP.
• Ready and willing to be a regular attender of the church.

Our ideal candidate:

• Easily manage day-to-day financial operations of the church.
• Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, including ongoing analysis.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the Finance Team.
• Oversee the preparation of all relevant financial reports for all entities of the organization.
• Develop and execute a strategy to optimize the financial position of the church  including investment, debt, and use of cash and other financial vehicles.
