Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Requirements:

• 5+ years related experience to job requirements (see below)
• English ability: read operating instructions, write reports, present to customers
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, decimals)
• Lift 50-100 pounds
• Must be willing to work second shift (12PM-8PM)
• Membership in a healthy local church and ability to articulate personal conversion and the gospel

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and repair machinery
• Lubricate shafts, bearings, and gears
• Dismantling and fixing various parts
• Install and repair electrical apparatus
• Installation of new parts
• Listening for unusual sounds
• Replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators
• Fixing pipe systems
• Milling machine
• Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers
• Operate welding equipment
• Operate cutting torch
