Responsibilities :

∙ Deliver timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product details.

∙ Efficiently process customer orders, changes, and returns in line with established policies.

∙ Collaborate with the credit department to address credit disputes swiftly.

∙ Offer timely feedback to our company regarding service challenges or customer concerns.

∙ Partner with the sales team to achieve and surpass service expectations of customers.

Requirements:

∙ Strong communication skills, both verbal and on the phone, with excellent active listening abilities.

∙ Empathetic and adaptable, able to handle various customer personalities effectively.

∙ Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

∙ High school diploma or equivalent.

∙ Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.

∙ Technical proficiency with Windows operating systems (8, 10, or 11).

∙ Ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, as needed.
