We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who's passionate about assisting churches to lead effective small groups using KingdomWorks Studios’ cinematic studies. You will do this through building deeper relationships, answering questions, resolving issues and guiding them through the full process of launching, and leading our cinematic film studies.

What will you be working on?

KingdomWorks Studios is a Christian-based film production company. We have developed DVD teaching series for churches. Our first DVD series, the Conquer Series is a great success, used by churches in over 60 countries. Over 450,000 people have participated in the course. In the next year we will be releasing three new series. We are looking for someone who is a proactive go-getter, and comfortable spending 95% of their day on the phone talking to churches and customers.  

Here’s a short list of some of the duties for this role:

• Assist churches in setting up and leading the small group courses
• Manage the post purchase customer journey.
• Contact customers immediately after they place an order.
• Educate customers on supporting products such as leader
• Develop customers into lifelong advocates
• Ensuring that group leaders are equipped and trained for success
• Taking out the trash from time to time (yes, we are a small company)
• Reactivating old customers
• Keeping customer information up to date in our customer database

What skills will you need?

• You will have a strong passion for seeing families healed from brokenness and you know how to minister to these individuals.
• You excel at writing and know how to communicate clearly and effectively through written words.
• You are a friendly, positive and motivated individual who makes people feel valued and appreciated.
• You are bold in making phone calls and love talking to people on the phone.
• You are innovative in your approach, finding new ways to reach the relevant contacts.
• You are an excellent multi-tasker, flexible and capable of talking on the phone and taking notes on the computer at the same time while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• You are a star performer when it comes to problem solving.
• You are highly skilled when it comes to Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You don’t mind taking on additional responsibilities that aren’t in your job description.
• You’ve already got experience leading church groups are eager to bring what you’ve learnt to KingdomWorks Studios.
