VentMasters NW is a full service maintenance, repair, and installation company specializing in dryer vents. We serve both individual clients as well as large properties. We are looking to hire an entry level technician eager to learn hands-on skills. The following are required for consideration:

*Good driving record/driver's license

*Legal citizenship/18 years and older

*Willing to work with ladders at tall heights/on rooftops

*Willing to work in tight quarters/crawlspaces and attics

*Willing to work on Saturdays

*Ability to lift 40-60 pounds

*Ability to use hand tools

*Ability to read and write at a professional level

*Basic math skills

*Willing to work with others or alone

*Ability to communicate with customers

*No severe dust allergies/able to work around lint buildup and insulation

~The following experience is a plus, but not required for consideration. We will hire any candidate interested in learning our trade. However, any prior experience using tools or basic residential construction knowledge is a plus.

This is a salaried position with variable working days. Most of our technicians work Tuesday through Saturday. All technicians are required to work at least some Saturdays. We aim to provide every technician with an 8 hour work day, but we travel to different jobs, sometimes multiple locations in one day. We work in King, Snohomish, and Pierce County.

If hired, a company vehicle may be provided as well as a company credit card for vehicle maintenance and gas. The potential starting salary will depend on prior work experience, likely between $37,500 to $45,000 per year. We also offer health insurance to interested employees. Paid Vacation and Sick days are standard.

We directly interact with multiple customers per day, so we are looking for someone who is polite and eager to problem-solve.
