Responsibilities: • Convert Buyers and Sellers to signed agreements at FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENTS using our Benefits Presentation  • Complete VIP Buyer/Listing paperwork and submit to your assigned Admin person • Show Buyer properties/communicate with Sellers weekly • Submit offers weighted in Buyer’s favor and negotiate/submit offers to Sellers and negotiate best price and terms • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues • Review CD with buyer/seller client • Attend closing • Get referrals and testimonials • NO GRUNT PROSPECTING - EVER • REPEAT!  Qualifications: • Must be Licensed Real Estate Agent currently • Must have relevant drivers license  • In good standing with TREC  • Passionate about Real Estate  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan, commission
