    Job Description

    Business Analyst will be responsible to propose system designs, prepare business requirement for WMS implementation with our partner hubs and global warehouses. In addition, business analyst will also provide on-going support on production issues. 

    Essential Functions:

    ·        Communicate with stakeholders, partners, and customers on requirements and designs

    ·        Analyze business process and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

    ·        Maintain documentations on business requirements and development cycle

    ·        Track project status and update related documentations 

    ·        Configure the system and test new developments

    ·        Manage and track timeline of implementation projects

    ·        Provide training to end-users on existing or new functionalities

    ·        Provide ongoing support to internal business users and external partners to existing processes

    Qualifications: 

    ·        A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent work experience

    ·        Experience with warehouse management system is required

    ·        3+ years of experience with Highjump preferred

    ·        Strong knowledge in distribution and warehouse management process

    ·        Experience in contract manufacturing or supply management business preferred

    ·        Ability to manage multiple projects

    ·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

    ·        Accustom to team working environment
