Sales Operations Representative, LATAM HyperX
Job Description
Under general supervision, assist in the LATAM HyperX Business Division in sales process(s). Interface with internal and external departments and customers pertaining to HyperX products. Maintain an internal Customer Relations Management tool (KCRM). Provide excellent customer service, order processing, product release notification, product availability and handle pricing issues. Also responsible for enhancing customer relationships and providing sales assistance to accounts in order to maintain a cohesive partnership with customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answer incoming calls, IM and emails from customers (direct and indirect) in a timely and professional manner.
Process future dating and releasing back orders. Evaluate and process shipping discrepancies; Review and administer Credit RMA’s, prepare and administer price change notifications. Assist in product evaluations requests, MBC’s, Price Adjustments when needed.
Communicate all account issues to the appropriate sales teams when necessary.
Assist with customer service response for account specific needs.
Maintain Kingston Admin Portal orders and data integrity. Review and assist making necessary adjustments when necessary to the customer Kingston Portal.
Attend and participate in weekly status meetings for each regional Dept when requested.
Continuously educate yourself on new products and technologies pertaining to the HyperX Peripheral product segment.

_ _QUALIFICATIONS GUIDELINES
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communication or related field. 2 years of sales experience.
DESIRABLE: Computer Gaming industry experience.
KNOWLEDGE OF: Sales and marketing principles, concepts, methods and practices; customers, competitors terminology and products; computer industry practices and standards; customer service principles and techniques. Broad understanding of key customer contractual items, thorough knowledge of Kingston’s and individual accounts, procedures and policies (including shipping and receiving, RMA, accounting, order entry procedures and manufacturing practices). Understanding of distribution and channel sales. Customer service principles, concepts, methods and practices. Requires experience with distribution and channel sales, customers, competitor’s terminology and products.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation and time management skills; responsively adapt to changing work priorities; communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments; work on several tasks simultaneously. Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken. Portuguese A+ Show sensitivity to cultural differences.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATION: Must have full knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 360 software tools.
