    We are seeking experienced sign industry customer service representatives dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience.

    PREVIOUS SIGN INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    The Customer Service Representative - officially Client Accounts Specialist (CAS) - is a key role within a Signarama location. The CAS is essentially the in-house representative for our clients and is responsible for making sure each client’s branding requirements are fully met by:

    • ensuring sales representatives accurately convey client requirements to our production team, 
    • monitoring the progress of projects to ensure timely production and 
    • providing excellent communication to our clients.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A warm, friendly, caring demeanor
    • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
    • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
    • Ability to keep track of many projects – multi-tasker and organized
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Complete familiarity and proficiency with all Office 365 products
    • Confidence and comfort with learning new software
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Previous Sign Industry Experience

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: ENSURE CLIENT SATISFACTION

    • Answering phone calls and emails
    • Responding to all inquiries expeditiously
    • Routing calls and emails to the appropriate person
    • Greeting clients and guests (not during COVID - our offices are closed to the public)
    • Generating Estimates
    • Managing the Sales Process from beginning to Successful End

    COMPENSATION: Base plus commission plus bonuses

    BENEFITS after 90 days of full time employment.
