  • Responsibilities

    Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing person to generate prospects and convert them into customers.

     

    About the Position:

    \- Generate leads and then convert leads / prospects into customers.

    \- Build and maintain relationships with clients, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Agents and Brokers.

    \- Maintain online presence with up-to-date information on social media.

    \- Assist in marketing efforts to generate leads.

    \- Help our customers throughout the sales and purchasing processes including preparing contracts, pricing and assisting with the closing.

    \- Keep customers updated on construction start and completion dates.

    \- Ensure model home and “For Sale” properties are in good and marketable condition at all times.

    \- Provide all customers and prospects with excellent service every time they come into the model and throughout the entire building process.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in new construction sales.

    • Expertise in deploying effective sales methodologies.

    • Proven ability to adapt strategies based on market segments.

    • Strong relationship management skills.

     

    About You:

     

    • Be friendly and outgoing

    • Have a proven track record of success in sales

    • Have previous experience in real estate and new construction homes

    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

    • Be proficient in social media including: Facebook and Instagram

     

    Job Type: Full-time

     

    Pay: $125,000-$150,000
