About Us
Our management company currently operates more than 70 privately owned consumer lending stores specializing in short term cash advances with locations in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. Each store operates under small loan license issued by the State. Our organization continues its planned expansion of locations in these targeted markets of the Southeastern U.S. as opportunities are developed and identified. We are currently seeking Managers in Training and Customer Service Representatives.
Job Description
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for the successful daily operation of their office as directed by the Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
Telephone Collections
Processing Credit Applications
Maintaining Customer Account Records
Loan Closing & Payment Processing
Cash Drawer Accuracy & Security
Customer Mail & Telephone Solicitation
Outside Marketing
Daily Banking Activities
General Office & Administrative Duties
Managers in Training (MIT), after demonstrating competency at the duties of a CSR, will be trained to assume the effective responsibilities of a Manager. Advancement depends upon the individual's demonstrated desire, performance, and capabilities in conjunction with the company's available opportunities.
Experience & Compensation
Customer relationship experience, in which ongoing relationships with customers are successfully managed over months or years, is preferred. All ambitious self-starters with a great personality and strong people skills will be considered. Telephone skills are required.
Customer Service Representative: No experience is required, however the highly qualified applicant will have experience with consumer financial services or collections. Any type of management experience is also highly qualifying. Customer Service Representatives start at $11 - $12 per hour base pay depending on experience and ability, and are eligible for monthly bonus up to $1,200.
Manager in Training: One or more years previous full-time work experience in customer service, retail, financial, property management, hospitality, or other service driven industry with staff training or leadership position experience. Manager Trainees start at $12 - $13 per hour base pay depending on experience and ability, also eligible for monthly bonus up to $1,200.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
A drug test and background check are performed on all employees
Employees must be able to work during business hours or as scheduled
Business hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, but additional work scheduled beyond regular business hours may be required to meet business goals
