    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Recruitment Consultant you will create a recruiting strategy and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired. You will be working closely with both clients and job applicants, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Experience in the recruitment industry is an advantage. The Recruitment Consultant will leverage candidate knowledge, competitor intelligence and market information to identify new areas of development. Additional responsibilities may include:

    • Responsible for the identification and development of all new business and sales opportunities within North America
    • Promote the services of Kintec Search and build lasting and productive business relationships that are mutually beneficial
    • Display a positive and determined approach to identifying new business opportunities using leads, business networking, relevant research tools, region specific targeting and cold calling
    • Develop opportunities with clients by maximizing, implementing and maintaining a sound marketing strategy (including advertising, networking, and other industry specific organizations)
    • Ability to negotiate newly signed contracts in tandem with Kintec Search's legal team
    • Work effectively with the client and candidates to facilitate job interviews and placements
    • Meet sales targets (KPIs) which are agreed with Director; monitor and review monthly sales performance against forecast Qualifications:
    • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • 2+ years of professional work experience, including co-ops and internships
