Responsibilities: • A typical day for our Inside Sales Representative involves proactively following up on new inbound leads and conducting outbound cold calls to engage potential clients. They excel in scheduling appointments with leads for our Sales Executives, ensuring efficient utilization of their time, while also effectively utilizing scripts and follow-up email templates to streamline communication. Throughout the day, they actively listen and interview clients to discern their needs and recommend suitable products, driving sales success. • Additionally, they handle initial inquiries, providing demonstrations and examples to generate interest, and gathering crucial data for our Sales Executives. With strong attention to detail, they perform data entry and database management tasks, as well as create quotes for sales transactions. They play a pivotal role in assisting clients and visitors in scheduling appointments with our Sales Team and facilitating payment processes. • Furthermore, they dedicate time to researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest, contributing significantly to our sales efforts. Overall, their day is dynamic and fast-paced, filled with interactions with clients and strategic tasks aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for our Inside Sales Representative role is someone with proven experience in inside sales, demonstrating an ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently exceed quotas. They possess a strong presence and are experienced in making dozens of calls per day, particularly if cold outreach is part of the strategy. Their expertise extends to working with CRM systems and generating accurate quotes efficiently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key attributes, allowing them to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in corporate productivity tools is expected, along with strong listening skills to understand client needs thoroughly.
