JOB OVERVIEW:

Storage and Network Engineer for KIOXIA’s SSD Product Lines. This individual will work closely with Product Marketing and Engineering to promote KIOXIA’s next-generation Solid State Drives (SSDs). The Engineer will support the KIOXIA Innovation Lab to enable advanced partnership collaborations for future technologies.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of the Application Performance Lab

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup networking and automation to complete the build out of KIOXIA Innovation Lab for partner collaboration.
• Create and demo environments that can be rebuilt with automation to work with KIOXIA partners to showcase technology and benefits of KIOXIA SSDs in application environments.
• Maintain lab environment and document processes.
• Benchmark Application performance on KIOXIA SSDs, analyze test results, and determine future SSD performance and technology requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS/MSIS or comparable field.
• 5 years engineering experience of server and storage deployment.
• Familiarity with SSD’s and storage-related technologies, including PCIe, NVMe, and NAND Flash memory preferred.
• Experience in Fortinet, Cumulus Switching, Arista, and Dell OS10 Networking strongly preferred.
• Experience with telemetry, monitoring, automation (ansible) and DevOps
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within diverse, multi-cultural teams
• Prefer VCP, RHCE, CCNA or CISM Certifications.

The expected salary for this position is $55,226.00 - 80,000.00.
