    Job Description

    KIOXIA America Inc., formerly Toshiba Memory America Inc, is looking for a Specialist, Contracts Administrator to assist the Legal department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating legal review of contracts and provides contract consultation and insight and tracking life cycle of contracts (from initial request to archiving).

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Distributes contracts throughout organization, as needed
    • Communicates with internal customers to ensure adherence to processes and policies
    • Coordinates with Business Units regarding contract administration and contract compliance
    • Reviews contracts for ambiguities or other issues; suggests alternative language to address such concerns
    • Assists Purchasing Department with processing PRs/POs
    • Maintains contract database and physical files
    • Negotiates and drafts a wide variety of agreements/contracts/letters
    • Provides high-level technical guidance to Legal team

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 5 years of contract drafting including key areas in NDAs and SOWs
    • Ability to multitask
    • Team player with the ability to work independently
    • Good communication skills
    • Organization skills are essential, including the ability to track workload
    • Fast and diligent learner who is highly motivated and detail oriented
    • Requires minimal supervision
    • Paralegal certificate preferred
    • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word (document creation, redlining), Excel (including formula creation), Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Corporate Record Web searching
    • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s preferred
