    Job Description

    KIOXIA America Inc., formerly Toshiba Memory America Inc., is looking for a Supply Chain Program Specialist to join the Business and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be the primary interface between departments requiring reconfiguration, the Corporate Quality team, and the Third-Party Service Provider.  This role reports to the Manager, Post-Sales & Reconfiguration, SSD BU. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor daily reconfiguration center performance and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
    • Review Reconfiguration Center inventory monthly and place any necessary orders with suppliers.
    • Coordinate product shipment to/from Reconfiguration Center and perform corresponding system transactions.
    • Support the Supply Chain team in inventory transactions and product movement.
    • Provide support to Post Sales team to ensure customer demands are met. This can include resolving system issues with IT, creating Return Material Authorizations, working with finance to provide Credit Memos to customers, and performing system transactions.
    • Proactively track shipment status with logistics vendors till they are delivered and share updates with sales and customers.
    • Manage hub logistics with logistics service providers
    • Monthly and weekly report for Inventory management

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics/Statistics/Information Technology
    • 1+ years working experience in Supply Chain functions of a global company
    • Collaboration skills – Able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions and with colleagues in other businesses or divisions.
    • Very good communication skills and the ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, drive action via the consensus with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills and experience managing metrics.
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications and ERP (SAP/Oracle)
    • Database management experience is a plus
