    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Customer Qualification Engineer will be part of the Customer Technical Support team and will be heavily involved in Joint Qualification testing. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a basic knowledge of computer operations from a hardware and software standpoint. The candidate will be part of an active and ongoing qualification process and as such will be expected keep on track with assigned activities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with Joint Qualification SSD testing
    • Document and suggest improvements to test process
    • Organize and review test results and logs
    • Review and automate tests where appropriate

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Basic understanding of storage technologies
    • Linux software knowledge a plus
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Familiarity with Python, Java or shell scripting

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
