    Job Description

    THE OPPORTUNITY: Kioxia is looking for a hands-on team member to join our HR group.  In this role, you will work closely with HR and key internal stakeholders by converting data into meaningful insights through visualizations and easy to interpret analytics. This is a critical role with a fair amount of visibility; we are looking for a creator who thrives on being “hands-on” to build our HR analytics ecosystem from scratch.

    WHAT YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    • CREATE AND EVANGELIZE ANALYTIC INSIGHTS: Develops and maintains compelling dashboards, metrics, visual reports and queries. Identify opportunities to use data to drive enhanced business decision making and promote insight-driven culture. 
    • CREATOR & ADVOCATE OF ANALYTICS BEST PRACTICES: Provide best practices and industry standards to guide reporting strategies and ensure a consistent design and/or approach for analytics across business systems and propel HR analytics to the next level.
    • TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT: Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and process documentation. Trains users on new processes/functionality and facilities ongoing new user training.  Promote data integrity, and educate end users to drive self-service adoption and foster a culture of end-use solution design. Supports all aspects of our Cornerstone and Ceridian HCM systems projects and initiatives.
    • KEEPING A PULSE ON TRENDS: Research and maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    • 7+ years of related experience
    • Experience with Cornerstone and Ceridian Dayforce preferred
    • Payroll experience or closely partnered/interfaced with payroll preferred
    • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
    • Extensive Project Management experience and prior involvement with end to end global HR technology related projects
    • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes; understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skill, organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated strong functional experience in Cornerstone, Ceridian HCM, Benefits, Onboarding, Reporting, Payroll, Dashboards, Time & Attendance, and Security
    • Experience in a global, multi-cultural organization and dynamic and fast-growing environment

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred
