Job Description

KIOXIA America Inc., formerly Toshiba Memory America Inc., is looking for a Specialist, Supply Chain to join the Operations team. Working with the SSD Business Unit (SSD BU), this position will support various departments within the SSD BU that require reconfiguration of existing product by generating request forms and tracking all reconfiguration efforts to completion. This position will also be supporting the supply chain team in meeting customer expectations for product delivery and warranty support. This role reports to the Director, Supply Chain Management, SSD BU. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the primary interface between departments requiring reconfiguration, the corporate quality team and the 3Rd Party Service Providers that provide manpower & systems needed to reconfigure product for Kioxia..

• Monitor daily reconfiguration center performance and work with appropriate teams to resolve any issues.

• Review Reconfiguration Center inventory monthly and place any necessary orders with suppliers.

• Coordinate shipment of product to/from Reconfiguration Center and perform corresponding system transactions.

• Support Supply Chain team in inventory transactions and product movement.

• Provide support to Post Sales team to ensure customer demands are met. This can include resolving system issues with IT, creating Return Material Authorizations, working with finance to provide Credit Memos to customers and performing system transactions.

• Review data and provide monthly/quarterly reports as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong working proficiency with MS Office applications, ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Serial Number Tracking databases.
• Must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, familiar with data analytic tools and able to provide executive level reporting.
