    Job Description

    In our Human Resources internship program, you will learn from industry leaders and gain invaluable experience to catapult your career forward! In this role you will be exposed to multiple areas of HR with a focus on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Business Partner, and Talent Development initiatives to obtain valuable exposure to overall HR functions and processes.     DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION: Projects and exposure opportunities could include assisting with launching, creating, and promoting new programs, trainings, and creating content.

    HR BUSINESS PARTNER: Projects and exposure opportunities could include HR related project work for analysis of complex people issues; assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues; identification of process improvements and associated projects; facilitate HR Management meetings and assist with implementing change management, and organizational development activities.

    TALENT DEVELOPMENT: Projects and exposure opportunities could in Global Talent provide diverse exposure to research efforts in talent analytics, training projects, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.

    TALENT ACQUISITION Projects and exposure opportunities could include assisting in the development of strategy, training, and coordination of events for all recruitment related activity. Our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting the world's most innovative and diverse talent.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Projects and exposure opportunities could include research and analysis in compensation and benefits or HR policy.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Degree
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision required

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
    • Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of integrity and understanding of the importance of confidentiality with HR matters
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed
