    LOCATION: Folsom, CA

    Seeking a highly motivated individual to work in KIOXIA America’s Product Support Engineering team to assist with technical product support on the data center product line. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of X86 computer architecture and related drivers, BIOS, software, etc. Data center and computer storage experience (SATA, NVMe, RAID, etc.) is desired but not a requirement. Must have strong communication skills in both written and spoken environments. Must have the ability to work across multiple functional teams within the product development and customer support organizations..

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist Product Support Engineer (PSE) with first level triage of customer reported issues.
    • Create, track and manage customer issues within the issue tracking system and related forums.
    • Communicate status of issue(s) to the PSE and collaborate on next steps.
    • Assist with technical content development for customer and product documentation.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Enrolled in an EE, CE, CS or equivalent technology related BS/MS program at an approved college.
