Job Description

The Senior Technical Product Manager will own Technical Product Management and Technical Marketing responsibilities for KIOXIA’s product line of data center PCIe SSDs. The Senior TPM will work closely with Product Line Management and Engineering to lead the definition of KIOXIA’s next-generation Solid State Drives (SSDs) for hyperscale data centers. The Senior TPM will also evangelize the technology and benefits of KIOXIA data center SSDs to drive customer awareness and adoption of KIOXIA’s data center solutions. The Senior TPM will provide world-class technical marketing support to KIOXIA customers and internal cross-functional teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shape next-generation product requirements based on customers’ requirements documents, competitive analysis, and market research, and create product MRDs (Marketing Requirements Documents)
• Create and present compelling marketing collateral which showcases the technology and benefits of KIOXIA data center SSDs
• Lead discussions on future technologies with customers to ensure alignment between KIOXIA’s and customers’ product and technology roadmaps
• Drive technical responses to customer inquiries and requests, including customer RFIs and RFQs, specification gap analyses, and technical deep dives
• Provide exceptional marketing and technical support to external customers and internal cross-functional teams such as product marketing, product planning, product development, customer support, and sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Interest in the computing, storage, or semiconductor fields
• Familiarity with SSD’s and storage-related technologies, including PCIe, NVMe, and NAND Flash memory desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work well autonomously and within diverse, multi-cultural teams
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable scientific field.
