    Job Description

    KIOXIA America Inc., formerly Toshiba Memory America Inc., is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Operations in the SSD department. You will be responsible for leading the OEM and Channel demand and supply planning team for Kioxia’s SSD products. This role requires high-caliber interpersonal skills, background in demand planning/supply chain management and proven ability to navigate the various levels of global OEM supply teams. This position will manage a team of demand/supply planners focused on management and execution of the monthly revenue forecast and continuity of supply working with sales, marketing and headquarter teams.

    This role reports to the DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Management of our end-to-end planning processes and workflows with our strategic customers in DC/PC as well as Enterprise segments
    • Lead and direct of team of planning professionals who will own Demand and Supply Planning for assigned OEM and Channel accounts within Kioxia’s Storage business unit
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long term); ensuring gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives
    • Partner with Kioxia headquarters to drive continuity of supply to meet the demand plans and customer expectations
    • Drive execution and completion of all Business Operations deliverables – demand planning, inventory and ship schedule communication processes with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cadence
    • Develop and maintain cross-functional processes to support business requirements
    • Drive process improvements to deliver world class operations to maximize customer satisfaction

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 6 to 10 years of experience within Forecasting, Demand Planning, Collaborative Planning Forecast Replenishment (CPFR), Allocation, , Distribution, and/ or Inventory Management area for a technology company
    • Highly motivated, passionate about their work and for the success of the company
    • Strong leadership traits and proven track record of successfully managing a team
    • Effective interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing across functional/geographic boundaries; Demonstrated success in building strong relationships internally and externally
    • Confidence and credibility in presenting to senior executives
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated capability with forecasting and revenue planning
    • Proven history of creative problem solving capability
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong MS Office skills, including fluency with advanced Excel skills

    EDUCATION:

    • BA/BS – Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
