Job Description
KIOXIA America Inc., formerly Toshiba Memory Inc., is looking for a SPECIALIST, SALES OPERATIONS within the sales organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible Sales Operations / Order Mgmt for KAI Distribution Accounts for MBU and SSD products for KIOXIA America.
• First point of communication to customer for all sales, product promotion and revenue recognition. • Overall responsibility for day to day sales operation • Answer and respond to all Sales Inquiries through email, phone, and via the reseller website, and forward relevant information to sales, based on territories • Screen and review all documentation related to New Account Applications and Lead Registrations. Maintain and update the Account Application Website • Respond to inquiries regarding order status, shipment schedule, product availability, and pricing • Resolve Sales Department with operation issues • Control and maintain Sales Department documentation including Sales Operations Handbook, WIPs, and other forms to comply with ISO Standards
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel • Semiconductor/Storage Distribution Sales knowledge • Oracle or SAP ERP system knowledge • EDI System experience a plus
