    In our Human Resources internship program, you’ll learn from industry leaders and gain invaluable experience to catapult your career! In this role, you could possibly be part of a rotational program which could cover Human Resources Talent Hub, Compensation and Benefit, and Business Partner teams to obtain valuable exposure to overall HR processes. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: An assignment in this team could include research and analysis in compensation and benefits or HR policy. TALENT DEVELOPMENT: Intern assignments in Global Talent provide diverse exposure to research efforts in talent analytics, training projects, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives. TALENT ACQUISITION: Interns in this area would assist in the development of strategy, training, and coordination of events for all recruitment related activity. Our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting the world's most innovative and diverse talent. HR BUSINESS PARTNER: An assignment as an HR Business Partner could include HR related project work for analysis of complex people issues; assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues; identification of process improvements and associated projects; facilitate HR Management meetings and assist with implementing change management, Diversity and Inclusion and organizational development activities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3rd or 4th year Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Degree.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision required.

    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience

    • Development of a Mentorship Program - Interns, NCG, Full Time Employees
