Halbar-RTS , a well-established Northwest Manufacturer's Representative firm specializing in electronic, industrial & electro-mechanical components/systems is looking for an outside field salesperson. Candidates should have an outgoing personality, and be self-assured with an easy going but persistent style to join our sales team in the Seattle area (Eastside Office). Qualifications should include:
· College degree preferred (technical or Business are good fits)
· 1-2 years of outside sales experience
· Good communication skills - oral and written
· Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel skills are important)
· Strong work ethic, self-starter, & well organized, ability to stay on task
The territory to be covered is well established with existing customers and product lines, and does include some customers in Western Canada (BC & AB).
Compensation Package: Salary + Bonus to start leading to commission based (more you sell -more you make) + expenses. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, car allowance, and 401K retirement plan with company matching.
The necessary tools are provided – laptop, cell phone, CRM system, training, demos/samples, inside sales support, distributor sales channel partners

Currently three of our Outside Sales people are owners of the company, and once established, new field sales folks are offered the opportunity to become owners, making this opportunity very unique. We are looking for someone that is sales oriented, entrepreneurial and can add to the company’s success someday as a Partner in our firm. You'll be surrounded by a great team and must have a strong drive to succeed.
