    Job Description

    We are seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable catering experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    MUST HAVE 2 years of sales catering/ event experiences or similar, background preferred.

    • Advanced sales and customer service skills

    • Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts

    • Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry

    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members

    • Able to work with other department heads to develop effective sales strategies

    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Skilled in staff optimization and team development

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Answer telephone and email messages while displaying a friendly and calm demeanor

    · Serve as the point person for office administrator duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping

    · Schedule meetings and appointments

    · Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

    · Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

    · Organize office operations and procedures

    · Coordinate with IT on all office equipment or related issues

    · Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

    · Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services

    · Plan in-house catering service attendant or driver’s coordination for any catering departures and deliveries

    · Assigns, dispatches, and coordinates delivery drivers for each order

    · Makes confirmation calls on all catering orders to ensure accuracy and capture opportunities to increase the average catering check

    · Liaison on between Sales Department, Culinary Department, and Staffing Events

    · Schedule staffing for events related

    · Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

    · Supporting staff for payroll submission in a timely manner to the accounting department to be processed accordingly

    · Develops catering client database and maintains relationships to build catering sales

    · Conduct regular marketing activities including cold calling over the phone

    · Performing clerical duties and typing professional correspondence pertaining to the department, Catering Orders, filing and answering phones

    · Collaborates with Catering Sales Manager to discuss sales opportunities

    · Prepare BEO/Banquet Event Order as per client needs

    · Makes confirmation calls on all catering orders to ensure accuracy and capture opportunities to increase the average catering check

    · Ensures Guest satisfaction and keeps Guest relationships with consistent follow-ups on services and products

    · Ensuring payments from clients and from Kiros Catering are processed on time

    · Answering questions and concerns, following through with a resolution or referring to the appropriate manager

    · Handles and resolves catering Guest complaints

    · Support other members of the Sales Team, stepping in to assist in duties as appropriate

    · Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers

    · Entering order information into the company database

    · Responding to messages from social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)/ lead opportunities.

    · Working with staff members from other departments to optimize sales

    · Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures

    · Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned

     

    SALARY = Depending on Experience + Quarter Incentive + Yearly Bonus
