Job Description

We are an insurance defense law firm with offices in Ft Lauderdale, Naples and Jupiter. 

We are currently seeking paralegals with experience in bodily injury and/or personal injury protection (PIP) for our FTL office. Must have experience using billing software (similar to Aderant (ATO)/Client Profiles. Attention to detail and being organized is very important.

Must have experience, must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Duties include communication, managing litigation case load, summarizing depositions, and preparing for mediation and trial. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, good narrative writing skills, be a good communicator and have meticulous organizational skills.
