Homes To Go is currently in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to join our team. As an integral member of the company, the Project Manager will directly report to the Home Center General Manager and collaborate with the retail team to ensure prompt construction completion, coupled with exceptional service delivery to our customers.
The Project Manager's responsibilities will encompass overseeing all field construction stages, including construction management, conducting walk-throughs, and coordinating service. The overarching objective is to ensure that construction projects are completed timely and to the highest quality, while upholding our pledge to excellent customer service. Spanish bilingual a plus, but not a requirement.
Coordinate with our sales team to ensure timely delivery and installation of mobile homes
Oversee construction phase for all current deals working
Schedule all contracted work and pull permits as needed
Follow up with contractors as well as customers for service calls
Conduct walk-throughs with customers
Schedule set-up and delivery and other service-related items
Manage warranty service and billback processes
Display a positive attitude and contribute to a positive team environment
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of mobile homes, ensuring that all paperwork is up to date.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Create and maintain filing systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
Manage aspects of office administration, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing paperwork
