    To grow our sales in the Dallas Fort Worth market, we are looking to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative who has knowledge of cash handling products and established contacts in the industry such as financial institutions, retail customers, dealers, or armored car companies (Brinks, Loomis, Dunbar, or Garda).

     

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
    • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
    • Plan and deliver presentations on company products
    • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
    • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
    • Act as the main contact window for the customer
    • Utilize good communication and selling skills
    • Ability to listen effectively to customer needs and communicate options to them
    • Coordinate with the marketing team based in Korea to maximize sales
    • Keep updated with knowledge of new products and services in the industry and at Kisan
    • Travel at least once a month as required by the sales manager to other states and countries
    • Effectively use all qualifications to perform job duties
    • Obtain signed sales agreements, as approved by the sales manager
    • Ensure that all sales revenues or perks received or promised by customers are transmitted in full to Kisan America, unless specifically approved in writing and signed by the sales manager
    • Report to the Kisan America sales manager all pertinent information about your customers (including but not limited to sales volume and revenues, the price, and the market)

     

    Qualifications

    • Preferred Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of sales experience, preferred 5 years, with cash handling equipment
    • (ATM, cash recyclers, cash dispensers, smart safes, and currency counters, discriminators, and sorters)
    • Ability to adequately describe the features of these products
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships, including resolving customer complaints
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Highly self-motivated, a proven self-starter
    • Good time management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Willingness to work long hours as needed to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Proven persistence in handling failure to close important sales Remuneration can be fixed or commission-based or a mix depending on individual skills and abilities.
    • Ability to use Salesforce is preferred

     

     

    Salary

    • $40,000 ~$60,000 /year plus Commission based on sales

    Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
