The EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR is responsible for providing exemplary leadership to a management team and driving high standards in resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance and process management, as well as strategic planning and implementation in the community. 

WHAT WILL I DO EVERY DAY?

• Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance
• Effectively manage all operational areas of the community
• Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure that residents receive appropriate care
• Conduct community business planning and forecasting
• Achieve better-than-industry results for revenue growth and expense management
• Create and manage the operating and CapEx budgets
• Manage vendor relationships
• Execute and support the Sales Leadership process
• Apply knowledge of the competition, industry trends, and voice of the customer to improve and/or redesign pricing, programs and services
• Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth a
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker’s compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)
• Perform other related duties as required.]

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

• A passion for excellence

• College degree
• Master’s degree in Business Management preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ management level experience
• Experience in senior living, hospitality or service industries preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
