  • Responsibilities
    1. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
    2. Collection of health history and documentation made in computer
    3. Obtain vital signs
    4. Place patients in exam rooms
    5. Assist physicians in room when nurse is not available
    6. Clean instruments as needed- take to and pick up from central processing
    7. Assists with transporting patients to hospital if needed
    8. Assists with ordering of supplies and stocking as needed
    9. Scheduling surgery, MRI, ultrasounds, x-rays, procedures, pre-op etc.
    10. Obtain authorization and/or precertification for surgeries, MRI, ultrasounds, x-rays, procedures, etc.
    11. Schedule referrals
    12. Provides support to front office personnel. Answer phones
    13. Schedule office appointments when needed
    14. Demonstrates a willingness to perform the duties of other departmental personnel when workload requires.
    15. Assist other practices within Dillon as needed with similar duties when workload allows
    16. Performs all other duties assigned by provider and practice administrator.

    QUALIFICATIONS /TRAINING:

    •  Needs to have completed training through a certified CMA program
    •  Needs to obtain BLS

    LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:

    • CMA (National Board certification required)
    • Minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent from an accredited school

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    • Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    • SAFETY: Lead the establishment and implementation of project specific safety goals, programs, and individual expectations, based upon company-developed standards and expectations. Oversee and assure team aligns with safety strategy and protocols. Review project metrics and develop counter-measure action plans to adjust performance, as needed.
    • PEOPLE: Partner with Executive, develop project staffing plans and participate in identifying appropriate staff, either internal or through hiring process. Coach and mentor junior staff, as well as representatives of trade contractors, design professionals. Support a learning, continuous improvement culture, including “Small Wins” program. Provide supervision to Boldt direct reports including participation in appraisal and goal review process. Reviews project metrics and develop counter-measure action plans to adjust performance, as needed. Maintain and deepen customer relationship through performance.
    • QUALITY: Lead and implement Built in Quality (“BiQ”) Program, including the development of project specific quality goals, programs, and individual expectations, based upon company developed Built in Quality standards and expectations. Oversee and assure team conformance with BiQ Program. Review project metrics and develop counter-measure action plans to adjust performance, as needed.
    • SCHEDULE: Manage the Last Planner System (“LPS”) Program, including the development of project specific quality goals, programs, and individual expectations, based upon company-developed standards and expectations. Oversee and assure development and updating of Milestone Schedule based upon team input. Review project timeline and LPS metrics and develop counter-measure action plans to adjust performance, as needed.
    • COST: Lead the Integrated Project Production and Financial Forecasting (“IPPFF”) Program, including the development of project specific financial goals, programs, and individual expectations, based upon company-developed standards and expectations. Oversee and assure team conformance with company expectations for procurement, contracting, risk management, change management, and financial reporting and forecasting. Review project metrics and develop counter-measure action plans to adjust performance, as needed.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting to management, including weekly reporting and monthly Project Execution Assessments
    • Schedule, lead and document, as appropriate, project meetings
    • Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g.: accidents, delays, Change Orders, etc.)
    • Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.
