    How your role fits into Boldt:

    As a Talent Development Specialist for the Boldt Company, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of the next generation of our workforce. In this role you will partner with our Operational and Corporate leaders to design internships and emerging talent job experiences to provide rich and fulfilling work experiences for our interns and employees. You will partner with campuses across the country to build and maintain relationships which result in our finding top tier talent. You will collaborate with our Talent team to develop and deliver highly effective educational and development experiences.

    Required Skills

    • Manage Boldt’s enterprise-wide internship program which encompasses a wide variety of skill building activities and experiences to provide a great internship experience.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to manage and develop Boldt’s campus recruiting strategies. This includes developing our campus engagement brand, annual budget and metrics to support the program, and leading our cross-collaborative campus engagement committee.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the intern experience from first point of contact to the extension of full time offers, including onboarding, and marketing efforts.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with our top tier colleges and universities leading to a robust and diverse talent pipeline. 
    • Coordinate the Boldt Scholarship program. Through campus relationships, determine which schools are good candidates for scholarship dollars, and manage the criteria and giving of the scholarships. 
    • Collaborate on company-wide onboarding strategies and programs.
    • Serve as program manager for Boldt’s emerging talent development programs and develop ongoing objectives, performance criteria, and curriculum for the program. Manage program deliverables within budgetary, resource and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones and deadlines.
    • Assist with coaching and developing our emerging talent employees through development plans and education experiences as directed by human resources leadership. 
    • Facilitate leadership development curriculum and team building sessions.

    Required Experience

     What we expect from you:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication or equivalent. 

    • Two to five years of talent development experience. 

    • Certification in a leadership competency model library (such as Korn Ferry) is helpful. 

    • Certifications in personality assessments such as MBTI, Drake P3 or Birkman is desirable.

    • Experience building an intern and new grad experience, including onboarding, engagement programs, feedback loops that influence planning, and marketing to interns before, during, and after their program. 

    • Experience building out talent development programs. 

    • Experience in building a strong brand that enables Boldt to be seen as an employer of choice among the college population. 

    • Strong collaboration and experience working on cross-functional projects. 

    • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to make decisions, including tracking and reporting on metrics, goals, and milestones.

     

     

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces.  Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.   The ability to effectively communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.  

    The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
