Responsible for scanning, indexing, and quality control of all deposit and loan documents. This should be done in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing scanning/verification requests.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Receive both deposit and loan documents for scanning/verification.
- Prepare documents for scanning/verification by sorting according to policy.
- Scan/verify documents in a timely manner.
- Verify each document that is scanned and indexed for quality control purposes.
- File all documents according to department policy.
- Assist co-workers in retrieving documents that have been scanned by using both the computer system and the filing system.
- Research documents using our computer system.
- Maintain our customer’s confidentiality in accordance with bank policy.
- Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor.
- Assist with processing of returned mail as needed .
- Assist in other areas of the Operations department as needed.
