Summary

Our client looking to double in size this year is seeking a land development engineer for their San Antonio office. Your role will assist in the design of commercial, residential, multi-family, and industrial land development sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of project permitting applications and reports
• Land Development or Civil Engineering Design
• Administration of Construction Phase Services
• Attend industry events and become involved in the community
• Maintain organized work area to allow access of project information by other team members

Requirements

• Three or more years’ experience in land development civil engineering
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to take PE Exam within one year.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience
