RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating with the client to understand their desired vision and outcome for the project.
• Establishing project deadlines with the design team.
• Civil Engineering design including site plan layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Establishing conceptual and final storm water management design per local regulations.
• Permitting through a myriad of municipal, state and federal agencies.
• Construction administration including bidding assistance, site inspections, and completion punch list

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Texas P.E.
• Minimum 4 years in commercial development in San Antonio/Central Texas
