RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engineering design, plan production and construction administration on residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.
- Projects include, but are not limited to, hydraulic modeling, on-site Wastewater Treatment Systems, PWS Well and Haul designs, and Lift Stations.
- Perform AutoCAD design/drafting, fieldwork, data collection and analysis, design, and engineering computations along with equipment and infrastructure sizing.
- Design projects involving storm water management, utility design, permitting, zoning and infrastructure improvements.
- This position will also evaluate, plan and design waterlines, sanitary sewers, pump stations, paving and street design, storm water, municipal distribution systems and site civil project improvements.
- Conduct research and development of municipal, industrial and privately held projects for compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in learning about land development and water resources.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering or similar program.
- Five years or less work experience in civil engineering.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred. New PEs are acceptable.
- AutoCAD or Microstation experience preferred.
