Direct Supervisor: Food Services Manager
Work Environment: Operate within an industrial kitchen setting and meal delivery. This includes driving a KCR company vehicle to Head Start locations in Bremerton in various weather conditions.
** Kitsap Community Resources Kitchen Aide staff help prepare meals for the children in Head Start, Meals on Wheels for the senior population, and a few Senior Citizen Centers daily. This position is responsible for all aspects of meal service including food preparation, food quality and quantity, storage, sanitation, dishwashing and service to a variety of customers. This position requires doing a variety of duties including but not limited to assisting the cooks, food preparation, food packaging, food quality and quantity, storage, sanitation, all dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning duties, organization of freight deliveries, inventory, and daily meal deliveries.
