    We are seeking a developed, senior-level leader to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. You’ll be leading, communicating with, tracking, and coaching all Team Members and reporting Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals during closing shifts.

    Pay Type: Starting at up to $20-22/hr

    Position Type:

    Open Availability (ability to be scheduled 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM / Monday - Saturday)

    Full-Time (40-45 hours)

    Working Back-of-House/Kitchen

    Qualifications:

    Experience as a leader, with 1-2 years of proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments, and work as part of a team

    Basic computer and iPad competency

    Ability to input data and interpret the P/L

    Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

    Responsibilities:

    Lead team members in the kitchen to execute with excellence the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the restaurant

    Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Restaurant Manager

    Inputs data daily into the P/L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the Operations of the restaurant

    Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels

    Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports

    Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback

    Makes changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores

    Serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support

    Responsible for inventory and facilities management

    Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store

    Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

    Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

    Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

    Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
