The Role
Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
Help create Raving Fans!
Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
Who This Is For
You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
You’re confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
You’re frustrated by:

Schedule
1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
